Lemon jello cake ala joyce

Measure Ingredient
1 Lemon Velvet cake mix
1 pack Lemon Jello (3-oz)
¾ cup Cooking oil
¾ cup Water
4 Eggs

Mix together: Cake mix, jello, oil, water and eggs.

Bake in an oblong pan at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze.

Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together.

Glazing the cake: Poke holes into the HOT cake with a fork. Pour glaze over the allow the glaze to run into the fork holes and around the sides.
