Measure Ingredient
150 grams Sugar
200 millilitres Cream
200 millilitres Milk
\N \N A little salt
3 \N Lemons; juice of, about

From: ekoster@... (E.A. Koster) Date: Tue, 27 Jul 1993 08:56:39 GMT Mix the white of the egg till it's `compact'. Mix all the other ingredients completely. Pour it in the ice-maker or any other bowl. When using an ice-maker it will be ready in 20 minutes. When you have not put it in the freezer and mix it every 5 minutes first, and after a while every 10 minutes.
