Lemon and sour cream dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sour cream
1 \N Lemon, juice of
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch White pepper

In the container of an electric blender, combine all the ingredients. Whirl them at medium speed for 15 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
