1½ cup | Wine vinegar |
Salt & pepper to taste | |
6 | Bunches leaf lettuce; washed & torn into bite size pieces |
1 | Purple onion; sliced |
3 | Tomatoes; cut into quarters |
Put first 4 ingredients into large wooden salad bowl and beat with a wire whisk. Combine dressing with lettuce and onions. Serve on chilled plates, garnished with tomato quarters. LE MONT
