Le mont salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic; pressed
1 cup Salad oil
1½ cup Wine vinegar
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
6 \N Bunches leaf lettuce; washed & torn into bite size pieces
1 \N Purple onion; sliced
3 \N Tomatoes; cut into quarters

Put first 4 ingredients into large wooden salad bowl and beat with a wire whisk. Combine dressing with lettuce and onions. Serve on chilled plates, garnished with tomato quarters. LE MONT
