Pasta with smoked salmon, gin and tomatoes

| 2 | Green onions; finely chopped | |
| 1 | large | Clove garlic; finely chopped |
| 1 | large | Tomato; peeled and chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Gin or vodka |
| Salt and ground black pepper; to taste | ||
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | pack | Noodles & Sauce--Alfredo flavor |
| 2 | ounces | Smoked salmon; cut in thin strips |
| 1 | tablespoon | Finely chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
In 10 inch skillet, melt 1 tablespoon margarine. Add green onions and garlic; cook over medium heat 1 minute or until onions are tender. Stir in tomato; cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in gin; cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in salt and pepper.
In medium saucepan, bring water, milk and remaining 1 tablespoon margarine to a boil. Stir in noodles and sauce Alfredo. Allow to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in salmon, parsley and tomato mixture. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with tomato rose and parsley if desired.
