Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Ground beef |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Each: pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt |
½ cup | Dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs |
½ cup | Water |
2 tablespoons | Grated onion (I used dehydrated onion flakes) |
Mix above together and make into small balls and roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Mix 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup with ¼ can of water and pour over balls, cover and simmer for ½ hour or you can put them in a 350° oven
