Lazy daisy meat balls

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Each: pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt
½ cup Dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Grated onion (I used dehydrated onion flakes)

Mix above together and make into small balls and roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Mix 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup with ¼ can of water and pour over balls, cover and simmer for ½ hour or you can put them in a 350° oven
