Lazy daisy meat balls

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsGround beef
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonEach: pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt
½cupDry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
½cupWater
2tablespoonsGrated onion (I used dehydrated onion flakes)

Directions

Mix above together and make into small balls and roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Mix 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup with ¼ can of water and pour over balls, cover and simmer for ½ hour or you can put them in a 350° oven
