|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|⅛ teaspoon||Each: pepper, celery salt, and garlic salt|
|½ cup||Dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs|
|2 tablespoons||Grated onion (I used dehydrated onion flakes)|
Mix above together and make into small balls and roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Mix 1 10 oz. can of Cream of Mushroom Soup with ¼ can of water and pour over balls, cover and simmer for ½ hour or you can put them in a 350° oven
