Krumkaker #1

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Eggs
150 grams Sugar
150 grams Butter; melted and cooled
150 grams Flour
½ teaspoon Cardamon

Whip eggs and sugar together until they form a stiff mixture. Mix flour and cardammon. Gently mix flour mixture and melted butter into the egg/sugar mixture. Let mixture stand 1 hour.

Cook on the krumkaker iron until light goldenbrown. Remove and roll around a horn shaped cylinder or put over a glass (this is to make a small basket) Fill with ice cream or whipped cream and berries.
