Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Eggs; beaten seperately |
1 cup | Butter; melted and set aside |
1 cup | Sugar; sifted |
1 cup | Flour; sifted |
1 cup | Potato starch flour; sifted |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla or a little more to taste |
1 teaspoon | Almond extract (if you want to) |
do not beat anything together, just fold them together: eggs, sugar, reg flour, potato flour, vanilla, and then melted butter goes in last. use 1 tsp batter at a time. watch closely so they just begin to turn brown, or goldish. roll on cone etc.
