Krumkake #3

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs; beaten seperately
1 cup Butter; melted and set aside
1 cup Sugar; sifted
1 cup Flour; sifted
1 cup Potato starch flour; sifted
1 teaspoon Vanilla or a little more to taste
1 teaspoon Almond extract (if you want to)

do not beat anything together, just fold them together: eggs, sugar, reg flour, potato flour, vanilla, and then melted butter goes in last. use 1 tsp batter at a time. watch closely so they just begin to turn brown, or goldish. roll on cone etc.
