|4 \N||Eggs; beaten seperately|
|1 cup||Butter; melted and set aside|
|1 cup||Sugar; sifted|
|1 cup||Flour; sifted|
|1 cup||Potato starch flour; sifted|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla or a little more to taste|
|1 teaspoon||Almond extract (if you want to)|
do not beat anything together, just fold them together: eggs, sugar, reg flour, potato flour, vanilla, and then melted butter goes in last. use 1 tsp batter at a time. watch closely so they just begin to turn brown, or goldish. roll on cone etc.
