Kouclas bi ruz (moroccan rice dumplings)

Ingredients

| 4 | ounces | Ground lamb or beef |
| ½ | cup | Ground walnuts |
| ½ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| 2 | larges | Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground mace |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated nutmeg |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt, about |
| Ground black pepper to taste | ||
Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth and tie securely.
2. Cook in dafina.
