Kouclas bi ruz (moroccan rice dumplings)

Yield: 3 Cups

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Rice
4 ounces Ground lamb or beef
½ cup Ground walnuts
½ cup Chopped parsley
2 larges Eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground mace
1 teaspoon Grated nutmeg
½ teaspoon Salt, about
Ground black pepper to taste

1. Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth and tie securely.

2. Cook in dafina.
