4ouncesGround lamb or beef
½cupGround walnuts
½cupChopped parsley
2largesEggs, lightly beaten
1teaspoonCinnamon
1teaspoonGround mace
1teaspoonGrated nutmeg
½teaspoonSalt, about
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of cheesecloth and tie securely.

2. Cook in dafina.
