2Garlic cloves; crushed
¼cupSesame seeds toasted and crushed
1teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonSesame oil
1cupBrown sugar
¼cupPeanut or corn oil
1cupFinely chopped green onions
2cupsSoy sauce

Directions

Place meat strips in bowl. Add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well. Cover and let marinate at room temperature 4 hrs. BBQ over coals or under the broiler, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is done.
