Knishes - meat filling

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Minced onions
2 tablespoons Chicken fat
1½ cup Ground cooked meat
½ cup Cooked rice
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Lightly brown the onions in the fat. Add the meat, rice, egg, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth. Place on dough.
