Kiwi muffins

Ingredients

| 1 | Baking powder | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 5¼ | ounce | Sugar .PP |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| 2⅝ | ounce | Butter, melted |
| ½ | cup | Milk .PP |
| 1 | Grated lemon rind | |
| 1½ | cup | Kiwis, peeled and chopped |
| 4¼ | ounce | Walnuts, chopped |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200øC .
2. Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk, just until moistened.
3. Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
