Kielbasi bean egg drop soup

Ingredients

5mediumsCarrots - sliced
10ouncesFrozen corn
½Ring kielbasi - thin sliced
2mediumsEggs
3tablespoonsButter
½teaspoonAdobo seasoning
½teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonParsley
½teaspoonOnion flakes
½teaspoonBlack pepper
2tablespoonsMaple syrup
1tablespoonMinced garlic

Directions

Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat.
