Kielbasi bean egg drop soup

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (16 oz) dry lima beans |
| 5 | mediums | Carrots - sliced |
| 10 | ounces | Frozen corn |
| ½ | Ring kielbasi - thin sliced | |
| 2 | mediums | Eggs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ½ | teaspoon | Adobo seasoning |
| ½ | teaspoon | Basil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Parsley |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion flakes |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Maple syrup |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
Directions
Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat.
