Kielbasi bean egg drop soup

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (16 oz) dry lima beans
5 mediums Carrots - sliced
10 ounces Frozen corn
½ \N Ring kielbasi - thin sliced
2 mediums Eggs
3 tablespoons Butter
½ teaspoon Adobo seasoning
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Parsley
½ teaspoon Onion flakes
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Minced garlic

Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat.
