5 mediums | Carrots - sliced |
10 ounces | Frozen corn |
½ \N | Ring kielbasi - thin sliced |
2 mediums | Eggs |
3 tablespoons | Butter |
½ teaspoon | Adobo seasoning |
½ teaspoon | Basil |
½ teaspoon | Parsley |
½ teaspoon | Onion flakes |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 tablespoons | Maple syrup |
1 tablespoon | Minced garlic |
Pre-soak lima beans, then boil with carrots 15-20 mins. Add other ingredients. Be sure soup is HOT when adding eggs and stir immediately. Heat additional 30-45 minutes over med heat.
