Skewered sea scallops

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Large sea scallops
½ cup Spicy seasoned tomato juice
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
3 \N Quartered and separated onions
2 \N Bell peppers red and green
18 \N Cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour.

Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade.

Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,. Broil or barbecue about 5 inches from heat source, for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to broil evenly.
