Skewered sea scallops

| ½ | cup | Spicy seasoned tomato juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Red wine vinegar |
| 3 | Quartered and separated onions | |
| 2 | Bell peppers red and green | |
| 18 | Cherry tomatoes | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
Directions
From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour.
Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade.
Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,. Broil or barbecue about 5 inches from heat source, for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to broil evenly.
