|½ cup||Spicy seasoned tomato juice|
|1 tablespoon||Red wine vinegar|
|3||Quartered and separated onions|
|2||Bell peppers red and green|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Soy sauce|
From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Marinate scallops in mixture of tomato juice nad vinegar for one hour.
Reserve marinade, thread drained scallops on skewers alternating with vegetables. Combine oil, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons reserved marinade.
Brush mixture on skewered scallops and vegetables,. Broil or barbecue about 5 inches from heat source, for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to broil evenly.
