Maine scalloped scallops

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fine cracker crumbs
½ cup Soft bread crumbs
½ cup Melted butter or margarine
1 pint Sea scallops
\N \N Onion salt, pepper
1 cup Heavy cream

Mix crumbs with butter. Arrange alternate layers of scallops, seasoned with onion salt, pepper, and crumbs in baking dish. Pour cream over mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350F) for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
