Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Fine cracker crumbs |
½ cup | Soft bread crumbs |
½ cup | Melted butter or margarine |
1 pint | Sea scallops |
\N \N | Onion salt, pepper |
1 cup | Heavy cream |
Mix crumbs with butter. Arrange alternate layers of scallops, seasoned with onion salt, pepper, and crumbs in baking dish. Pour cream over mixture. Bake in moderate oven (350F) for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
