Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Good mayo |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | cup | White vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Celery seed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | small | Carrot; shaved with a peeler |
| ¼ | cup | Onion thinly sliced |
| 8 | cups | Cabbage |
Directions
Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
