Ingredients

1cupGood mayo
1teaspoonLemon juice
½cupWhite vinegar
1tablespoonCelery seed
½teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonSugar
1smallCarrot; shaved with a peeler
¼cupOnion thinly sliced
8cupsCabbage

Directions

Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
