Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Good mayo |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
½ cup | White vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Celery seed |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |
1 small | Carrot; shaved with a peeler |
¼ cup | Onion thinly sliced |
8 cups | Cabbage |
Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
