SAUTE ONION AND ADD TOMATO, COOK ON MED. HEAT WHEN MELTED A LITTLE ADD SAURKRAUT, STOCK AND WHITE WINE, AND FLOUR. COOK DOWN TO MUSH AND ADD SEASONINGS.
