Juniper bbq spice

2 tablespoons Juniper berries
1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
6 Allspice berries
3 Cloves
3 Bay leaves
½ teaspoon Salt


Grind the spices, finely crumble the bay leaves, and combine everything.

An aromatic blend that goes well with dense-textured fish such as monkfish, tuna and swordfish, and with steaks and lamb.
