Julie's baked egg casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 \N Eggs -- beaten
2 cups Longhorn cheese -- grated
1 pint Sour cream
2 cups Ham; cooked -- chopped
½ teaspoon Salt

Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1½ cups of cheese, reserve ½ cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes.
