Julie's baked egg casserole

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 12 | Eggs -- beaten | |
| 2 | cups | Longhorn cheese -- grated |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream |
| 2 | cups | Ham; cooked -- chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Beat eggs, sour cream and salt until creamy. Fold 1½ cups of cheese, reserve ½ cup, and ham into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13-inch Pyrex dish and top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake at 350~ for 30 minutes.
