Mash softened cream cheese, add powdered sugar gradually until candy mixture becomes like a stiff pie dough, approximately 3¾ cups. (If using more than one color and flavoring, separate candy mixture into individual bowls). Add desired flaoring (approximately ½ tsp for entire amount) and coloring a little at a time until desired shade is reached. Roll into small balls, roll balls in granlated sugar. Flatten, or preee ball into rubber candy mold, unmolding at once. Candies freeze well. Approximately 90 candies.
