Joyces'carrot bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup White sugar
¾ cup Mazola oil
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Grated carrots

Sift to-gether dry ingredients, mix sugar and oil well and add the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the grated carrots and the nuts. Pour into loaf pan and bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
