Joyce's curry white sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter
1 small Oignon (optional)
1 tablespoon Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Curry (optional to taste)

Melt butter over medium heat and add oignon. Cook until oignon is soft. Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt & pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
