¾ \N | Granny Smith apple; peeled and diced fine, (featured key to the flavor of this slaw) |
\N \N | Splash of Tarragon Vinegar; (probably 1 Tbs, another featured flavor print) |
1 tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon | Celery seed |
1 teaspoon | Chicken seasoning; (NOT poultry seasoning) |
½ teaspoon | White pepper |
Dice the slaw before adding anything. Then, combine with wet and dry ingredients. Chill and serve.
