German cole slaw

Ingredients

| 1 | Head of cabbage; shredded (I chop it in my food processor) | |
| 2 | mediums | Onions; cut in rings |
| 1 | Green pepper; chopped | |
| 1 | Jar pimento; chopped & drained | |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | White vinegar |
| ¾ | cup | Canola oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seeds (up to 2) |
Directions
Combine cabbage, grn. pepper, onion & pimento in large bowl. Mix sugar & celery seed into this mixture. Combine vinegar, oil & salt in pan & bring to a boil. Pour immediately over cabbage.
