¼cupMinced scallion
2tablespoonsMinced garlic; (I don’t use a press for this)
2tablespoonsDark Oriental sesame oil
2tablespoonsSugar
1tablespoonVinegar; (I use cider vinegar, but you could experiment)
1tablespoonMinced gingerroot
3tablespoonsSoy sauce

Directions

This is based on Korean recipes for Bul Gogi.

Combine garlic, oil, vinegar, gingerroot, sugar, and scallions. Marinate meat overnight in frig. Add soy sauce just before broiling to desired degree of doneness. Jean B.
