Garlic steak

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick
¼ cup A-1ยจ Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
2 \N Cloves garlic, crushed

Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove steak from marinade; place steak on broiler in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 18 minutes to desired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.

NOTES : We have grilled this recipe with same success.
