Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Beef top round steak, cut 1 inch thick|
|¼ cup||A-1¨ Steak Sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|1 teaspoon||Cracked black pepper|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic, crushed|
Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove steak from marinade; place steak on broiler in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 15 to 18 minutes to desired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.
NOTES : We have grilled this recipe with same success.
