Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1(9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1Stick margarine
1cupSugar
2Eggs
½cupWhite or dark raisins
½cupChopped nuts
1tablespoonVinegar
¼cupCoconut; optional

Directions

Cream butter, sugar & eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400, turn oven down to 325& bake for 40-45 minutes more.
