Japanese fruit pie #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 \N Stick margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs
½ cup White or dark raisins
½ cup Chopped nuts
1 tablespoon Vinegar
¼ cup Coconut; optional

Cream butter, sugar & eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400, turn oven down to 325& bake for 40-45 minutes more.
