| 1 | Stick margarine | |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | White or dark raisins |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Coconut; optional |
Directions
Cream butter, sugar & eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400, turn oven down to 325& bake for 40-45 minutes more.
