James garner's favorite lemon cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Nonstick cooking spray
\N \N All-purpose flour
1 pack White cake mix
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
1¼ cup Water
3 \N Egg Whites
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pack (3oz) sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 \N Egg white
3 cups Confectioners' sugar
1 \N Lemon ; Juice of

GLAZE

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan with the cooking spray and then coat it with flour. In a mixing bowl, mix well by hand the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool for 1 hour before glazing. For glaze, combine ingredients and drizzle over cake. Makes 10 servings.
