2ouncesJamaican rum
1ounceCoconut cream
4ouncesPineapple juice
½teaspoonTABASCO jalapeƱo sauce
1slicePineapple; (optional)

Directions

Place ice cubes in blender; add rest of ingredients. Blend until frothy.

Serve in stemmed cocktail or tall, thin glass. Garnish with slice of pineapple.
