Jade zinger smoothie

Ingredients

1Cucumber; peeled, seeded and chopped
3tablespoonsMint leaves & mint spigs; finely chopped
cupApple juice or still cider
1cupLemon sorbet
1cupIce cubes

Directions

Place the cucumber, mint, apple juice or cider, sorbet and ice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint, and serve. Yield: 2 16-ounce servings.
