Jack cheese fondue

¼cupFlour or Butter roux
3tablespoonsCorn starch
½tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½tablespoonTabasco sauce
½tablespoonBlack pepper
½tablespoonCelery salt
poundsSonoma Hot Pepper Jack
1poundsSonoma Garlic Jack
2ouncesSonoma cheddar

Directions

Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
