Jack cheese fondue

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Dry white wine |
| 2 | ounces | Butter |
| ¼ | cup | Flour or Butter roux |
| 3 | tablespoons | Corn starch |
| ½ | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Tabasco sauce |
| ½ | tablespoon | Black pepper |
| ½ | tablespoon | Celery salt |
| 1½ | pounds | Sonoma Hot Pepper Jack |
| 1 | pounds | Sonoma Garlic Jack |
| 2 | ounces | Sonoma cheddar |
Directions
Bring milk to a boil; add flour. Stir constantly. Add wine and corn starch, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Keep heat low; cook just til cheese melts.
