Italian-seasoned breaded vegetables

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread
\N \N Crumbs
⅓ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
⅔ cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
6 cups Assorted vegetables, such as
\N \N Broccoli florets,carrot
\N \N Sticks, mushrooms,
\N \N Green or red pepper strips,
\N \N Yellow squash
\N \N And/or zucchini strips
\N 8 servings.

Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
