Italian spring bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Oil
2 teaspoons Honey
⅔ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Anise
3 cups Bread flour
2½ teaspoon Yeast
⅔ cup Golden raisins

Use raisin bread or mix cycle. Raisins are to be added at beep.
