Italian cracked wheat bread

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
1½ cup Bread flour
¾ cup 10 Grain cereal
1½ tablespoon Honey
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1¼ cup Water

Put ingredients in the pan according to the manufacturer's directions.

This makes a 1½ lb loaf.
