Yield: 4 servings
|1½ cup||Scallions, chopped|
|2 cups||Fresh Mushrooms, sliced|
|1 can||(15 Oz) Dark Red Kidney|
|Drained and rinsed|
|2 tablespoons||Red Wine|
|2 tablespoons||Garlic Powder|
|1 cup||Parmesan Cheese, grated|
1. In a large skillet, gently gook the scallions, mushrooms and beans in the butter and wine for 20 mins, stirring often.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain and add to skillet. Add the garlic powder and cheese, and mix thoroughly.
