Island chicken scampi

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 1½ | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breasts; cut into strips |
| 5 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Orange; Juice of | |
| 1 | Lemon; Juice of | |
| 1 | Lime; Juice of | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken, stirring occasionally. Add the orange, lemon and lime juices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with the parsley, toss and serve.
