2 | Cloves garlic; minced and saut‚ed with onion in a small amount of olive oil | |

Directions
=46rom The Cop Cookbook by Greta Garner-Hewitt, Ken Beck and Jim Clark Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min. Preheat oven to 350øF. Season the spinach with the lemon juice. Combine with sauted onion and garlic, and transfer to oiled individual ramekins. Sprinkle cheese over the spinach mixture and, using the back of a spoon, make a 1 inch deep well in each.
