Inside-out ravioli

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic
1 pack Frozen chopped spinach 10oz
1 \N Jar spaghetti sauce with
\N \N Mushrooms 32 oz.
½ teaspoon Salt
\N dash Pepper
2 cups Shell or elbow macaroni,
\N \N Cooked and drained
4 ounces Sharp shredded cheese
½ cup Soft bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs, well beaten
¼ cup Salad oil

Brown first 3 ingredients in a large skillet. Cook spinach as directed, drain, reserving liquid; add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and the next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes. Combine spinach with macaroni and remaining ingredients; spread in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
