1 medium Clove garlic crushed
½ cup Lemon juice
¼ cup Finely minced scallions
¼ cup Finely minced parsley
½ teaspoon Ground cumin (more to
Taste)
Dash or two of tamari (mild
Soy sauce)
Salt to taste
Dash or two of cayenne and
Paprika
