Impossible ham & asparagus

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Smoked ham, fully cooked, cu
1½ cup Swiss cheese,shredded
1 pack Asparagus,frozen, cut up, th
2 \N Onions, green, sliced
1½ cup Milk
3 \N Eggs
¾ cup Bisquick
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, 1 c. cheese, the asparagus and onions in plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper til smooth, 15 sec. in blender at high speed. Pour into plate.

Bake til knife inserted in center comes out clean. 40-45 min.

sprinkle with ½ c. cheese. Cool 5 min. 6-8 servings.

Note: 1 lb of fresh asparagus can be used.(about 2 cups cut up) FOOD AND WINE CLUB
