Impossible chocolate cream pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Butter (1/2 stick) or marg.
2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate (2 sqares) melted & cooled
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ cup Biscuit baking mix*

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute/ Pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 30 min. or until set. Cool completely before serving. SErve topped with whipped cream. nuts, cherries, of chocolate sprinkles.
