Ida painter's french coconut pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs -- beaten
1½ cup Sugar
½ cup Margarine -- melted
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Coconut
1 \N 9 Inch Pie Shell -- unbaked

Combine ingredients in order given and pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 to 45 mins or until set. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
