Directions
1 c sugar
½ stick butter -- melted
2 TB flour
1 ts vanilla
1 c buttermilk
1 c coconut -- grated
: unbaked
Mix all the ingredients together. Pour into pie crust and bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for one hour. Cool before serving.
