2 cups | Milk |
¼ cup | Butter |
1½ teaspoon | Vanilla |
4 \N | Eggs |
1 cup | Coconut; flaked or shredded |
¾ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Bisquick |
Heat oven to 350F. Grease pie plate, 9x1¼" or 10x ½". Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on High 15 seconds.
