Frozen coconut pie

| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1⅓ | cup | Coconut |
| 8 | ounces | Cool Whip* -- thawed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | Graham cracker pie crust, 9 | |

Directions
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth. Stir in coconut, cool whip and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes until it can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.
