French coconut pie

Quantity Ingredient
1 Stick butter
cup Sugar
3 Eggs; beaten
1 can (7-oz) coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients in order. Pour into pie shell. Bake at

350 for 30 minutes.
