French coconut pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick butter
1½ cup Sugar
3 \N Eggs; beaten
1 can (7-oz) coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 \N (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients in order. Pour into pie shell. Bake at

350 for 30 minutes.
