Iced crispies

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 200 gram bar Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate
125 grams Soft margarine; (4oz)
25 grams Desiccated coconut; (1oz)
75 grams Crisped rice cereal; (3oz)
450 grams Icing sugar; (1 lb.)
\N \N Orange or lemon juice
\N \N Food colouring; (optional)
2 packs Cadbury's milk chocolate Buttons
\N \N A 17.5 x 28cm; (7 x 11 inch) swiss
\N \N ; roll tin, greased

Carefully melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water (or in a microwave oven) then stir in the fat, coconut and cereal. Spread the mixture in the tin and leave to set. Later cut into 12-18 pieces, the younger the children, the smaller the pieces is a good guide. Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and add enough fruit juice, and colouring if liked, to make a coating consistency. Spread a little icing over each crispie and decorate with Buttons. When set, lift out and trim the edges.
