Another monument to the "domestic science" movement of the turn of thecentury, this recipe takes ordinary ingredients and presents them in a novel way. "Perfection" was one of the movement's most frequently used descriptors.
Have both the coffee and the milk thoroughly chilled; add cracked ice when serving; put the whipped cream on top of each glass and dust with the cinnamon.
