2 quarts | Whole milk |
½ cup | Flour |
3 cups | Sugar (up to) |
6 \N | Eggs; separated |
1 pint | Cream |
1 pinch | Salt |
\N \N | Flavoring |
Cook egg yolks, flour & sugar with a little milk in double boiler until thick. When cool, add remaining milk, salt & cream. Beat egg whites until stiff & fold them into milk mixture. Add flavoring & place in ice cream freezer.
