Hummus sandwich filling^

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Sesame seeds, toasted
2 cups Cooked chick peas
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
3 cloves Garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon Water
1 dash Cayenne
¼ teaspoon Sesame oil, optional

Combine ingredients in food processor and pulse until well chopped.

Process until light and fluffy adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time if too thick.
